Course Cancellation Policy (CPI and Law Courts Center)

The registration fee is fully refundable for cancellations received 20 working
days or more before the program.

Cancellations received between 11 and 20 working days will be refunded less a
$25 processing fee.

Cancellations received 10 working days before the program will not be refunded
but the registrant will receive the course materials.

Substitutions may be made at anytime without charge.
